Product Description
In this project students create a food truck business concept. Students apply the functions of marketing, marketing mix with place, price, promotion, and product menu, and discuss economic utilities for their business. This project contains point values for each question. The file is in Microsoft Word so that you can adapt any questions as needed for your classroom. An answer key is provided, however, keep in mind that this project is based on open-ended questions. The answer key contains a suggested answer, but there could be many correct responses based on student business concept.

I do this project with my Introduction to Business and Marketing class. It could also be completed in a Marketing I course. I usually put my students in groups of 3. This is a part of a semester project that I did with my class, however, it is a stand-alone project.
