Force is believed to be a pull or a push of objects. It is felt when one is walking, sitting, rubbing things together, when objects are at rest among other activities. The SI unit of force is Newton (N). 1 newton is the same as 0.1kilograms i.e. 1kg = 10N. Force has different effects it can move stationary objects, it can stop moving objects, it can distort the shape of objects and it also changes direction of moving objects.
