This product is a great cross-curricular (science and art) resource for educational enrichment!

When you download Force: a Science and Art Webquest, you will receive a:
• “How to Use” page
• list of websites used
• page for definitions of the words “force” and “energy”
• page that helps students think about words relating to force

Also included are:
• two different online simulations allowing students to adjust the
amount of force used and observe the outcomes
• a simulation where students build a roller coaster for a marble and
make adjustments based on force

Among other things, students will asked to:
• analyze how Umberto Boccioni used force in his sculpture,
“Unique Forms of Continuity in Space”
• analyze how Katsushika Hokusai used force in his picture, “The
Great Wave off Kanagawa”
• follow along with a children’s book illustrator as he leads a direct-
draw of a cartoon that shows force has occurred
