This 2 lesson bundle is part of the Force and Motion STEM Unit, but can be used independently. (see link below)
In lesson 1, students will be exploring Force and Motion Discovery Centers. Each of the 5 centers will have a task card with two different tasks listed. The students will complete the Force and Motion Center Questions as they complete each experiment.
In lesson 2, students will choose between 3 different products to further demonstrate their learning: creating their own discovery center and task card, writing and illustrating a children's book on force and motion, or illustrating a force and motion action flip book. When projects are finished, they will explore the other discovery centers and read or flip through the completed books.
Students will be able to identify and apply the Laws of Motion to experiments.
Students will be able to identify how changes affect the motion of an object.
Students will be able to complete a project that demonstrates the concepts of force and motion.
