PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Force and Motion Activity:
Students build tracks out of cardboard, covering them with various materials. Using a toy car, students record the length of each test on the record sheet, comparing data, and eventually revealing if their hypothesis was correct or not. This was a fun lesson for my fourth graders, the students enjoyed this hands-on project. Students were able to create their own track, covering it with the materials provided, and testing their hypothesis. Students quickly realized how fast or slow the car would go depending on the material used to cover the track, and the height of the track. I hope your students enjoy this lesson as much as mine did!
