These introductory notes on Force and Motion are meant to be given in A.V.I.D. Cornell Note style. This was also originally produced for an interactive notebook where the notes are on the right side of the notebook with a corresponding assignment on the left.
The PowerPoint notes include:
-What is force and motion
-Examples that actually move
-What is a Newton
-How to calculate Newtons
-An activity where the students get to play Tug-O-War
-A notebook activity connecting the Tug-O-War game to the concepts in the notes.
*There has been classes that did not get to actually go outside and play Tug-O-War and if that is the case you can always show a nice YouTube clip of the game*
