Let students practice reading the words "push" and "pull" while they practice the sight words "I" and "can." They also will discover what motion each action will cause! Nine pages, doubled on each page for easy printing, copying, stapling, and cutting.

2. Poster Vocabulary Set for the classroom

Spruce up your room during your Force and Motion unit with these bright, colorful, easy to understand posters. Posters are included for the following words: force, push, pull, motion, position, gravity. Simple definitions and pictures on each one.

3. Pocket Chart Vocabulary Words Set

Cards with a vocabulary word and corresponding picture

4. Push, Pull or Both? Cut/Paste Activity

Students will cut out six objects and sort them into the following categories: push, pull, or both

5. Push, Pull, or Both? Colorful Center Activity

Students will place pre-cut out objects and sort them into the following categories: push, pull, or both. Print on cardstock and laminate for added durability.

6. Force and Motion Foldable Mini Book

Make this foldable for your students, or guide them through it so they can take home a pocket book reminding them of the day's lesson on force and motion. Each page simply states push or pull and has a corresponding picture that prompts students to tell what happens when the item is pushed or pulled.

7. Bowling Experiment and Activities “Can you move a ball without touching it?” Pocket chart set, Graphing, tally marking, counting, experimenting, & reflection activity.

8. Motion Tracing Lines Activity for practice or as a writing Assessment

Students will practice controlling their pencil and writing as they trace the silly, fun paths that various balls take.

9.Where did the bugs go? Cut/Paste Activity Reader on Positional Words

This adorable Bug themed emergent reader will keep students engaged as they read the sentences in the book to determine which bug belongs on that page! Look at the pages included to determine if you want to take any out before copying (example: if you are doing an insect unit, you may not want the spider). Bugs included in this book are: ladybug, dragonfly, ant, bee, spider, beetle, butterfly, grasshopper, fly, and mosquito. Positional words incorporated are: in, beside, below, in front of, above, behind, between, on top of, next to, and under.

Each page incorporates a positional word.

The book is 12 pages total, including the title page. It's printed two on a sheet for easy copying, cutting, and assembly! Enjoy!
