Students will learn about 12 different feelings and identify what those feelings look like and feel like to them. Great for students who are struggling with controlling their emotions.
This activity takes about 30 minutes to complete with a small or large group. The goal is for students to understand their own emotions to be able to control them.
Activity description including instructions/walkthrough of activity, objectives, materials, and ASCA standards.
1 page with the list of the 12 feelings.
12 pages (one for each feeling) to explore what it looks like, feels like, memories associated with that feeling, what brings on that feeling.
