Once a crime has been committed, police investigators collect and evaluate all evidence from the scene of the crime. Once a large portion of information has been collected, investigators sit down and put the pieces of the puzzle together. They use a process known as deductive reasoning.
In this activity, students will use deductive reasoning to interpret the evidence and determine who committed the crime.
