This is a 41 page presentation that I created over the years for my forensic science class, AND an 11 page student note-taking / study guide to fill in as you teach. It includes sections on general toxicology, drugs, poisons and alcohol. There are examples of blood alcohol calculations, with each step animated so that you can teach it one step at a time or so that students can work through the problems during the presentation and then you can reveal the answers. Additionally, there are two short video clips that demonstrate some of the field sobriety testing methods. This is fully editable to make it fit your curriculum. I am in Michigan, so the section on BAC and the law at the end is specific for our rules.
This can (and probably should!) be used over multiple days broken up with other activities to go along with the unit.
