This is an 8-page document with the Answer Key. Without the Answer Key, it is 6 pages.
This Foreshadowing Task Rotation covers the four learning styles: Mastery, Interpersonal, Self-Expressive, and Understanding.
Mastery: Students will use their notes on foreshadowing to design a foreshadowing poster that highlights the key foreshadowing elements.
Interpersonal: Students will write how a small clip from the movie Jaws that illustrates foreshadowing make them feel.
Self-Expressive: Students will make predictions based on foreshadowing clues provided by the author of The Outsiders. (If your students are not familiar with The Outsiders, then you can edit this document to fit a book they are familiar with).
Understanding: Students will underline examples of foreshadowing in a story and then write how they knew the clues they underlined foreshadowed future events.
