I have looked for years for a foreshadowing test to use in my classroom. I finally decided to work hard to create one of my own!
I use this as a three part foreshadowing test, but you could use it for differentiated testing since there are three different levels, or for a foreshadowing activity as well!
Part one: students will read super short stories, match them to their twist endings, and write down the foreshadowing clues.
Part two: Students will read paragraph stories and highlight the foreshadowing clues.
Part three: Students will read a whole page story and fill out a foreshadowing chart.
Answer key is included! :)
