Sentence Mazes:

Eight different mazes are included. One maze for each animal.

Students follow the words in the maze to make a complete sentence that will describe the animal pictured. Multiple sentences are possible in each maze. Students then practice writing the sentences they found on the lines provided on the page.

Research Talk Pages:

I included a page of facts for each animal. These facts can be cut out and posted as information strips or just used by the teacher to familiarize yourself with the unique qualities of each animal. You can also provide these pages as research tools for your student's research papers.

Simple Research Paper Guides:

I included multiple research paper writing guides for your students to fill out that will help them learn how to write a research paper about a forest animal.

Forest Animal Identification and Writing: Students color each animal and write the name of the animal on the lines provided.
