This activity is part of a larger unit where students create a resume, cover letter, practice interview skills, and be "tested" on whether they have what it takes to get a job!
This is a rubric to score how professional students are when going in for a job interview. In the past, I've gotten managers from various local fast food restaurants and stores to come in for a class period and help conduct formal interviews. Based on their feedback, students either pass the interview/job test, or not. The rubric has been modified to not include a cover letter, though this can easily be added back in and/or counted as extra credit.
