Formation of a Cloud Readers' Theater: Are you looking for a fun way for students to remember how a cloud is formed? This readers' theater script will make your cloud unit unforgettable! Students will read aloud parts that help them remember the formation of a cloud and vocabulary terms such as water vapor, evaporation, and condensation.
Ocean Water Drops 1 & 2 are enjoying themselves in the ocean when the sun starts to shine on them. They evaporate into water vapors. Then they join other water vapors and condense into a cloud. The cloud sees some cows and then starts to snow. Two of the snowflakes make jokes with each other and then fall towards the mountains.
This script also includes several extras:
1. An explanation of how I use this script in my classroom (including how I use it when I've got more than 13 students.)
2. A page that briefly explains what each character is like and/or gets to do
3. A brief summary of the script
4. A page about parts and set-up (I explain which part my shy students or frequently-absent students should have.)
Please check the thumbnail images to get a feel for the dialogue in these scripts and to see if it is appropriate for your students. (I wrote these scripts with my fourth graders in mind.)
This is just one script in my Cloud Readers' Theater Bundle.
If you purchase the bundle, you save $1.00 and you get two scripts (this one and one that teaches the 4 types of clouds.)
