Product Description
This web-based activity was created for 7th grade social studies students who are studying the American Revolution. Students will work in pairs or small groups using the internet to create an itinerary for a field trip to the NY historic site Fort Ticonderoga. Students will explore all that this real historic site has to offer and plan a day trip as though they were actually going to visit the Fort. Students must make decisions about what they would like to do and see. I designed this activity to use in Google Drive so it is completely student centered and paperless, however the blank itinerary could easily be printed and completed with pen or pencil as students check out Fort Ticonderoga's website on a computer.
