If your students are as crazy for Fortnite as mine are then you are in the right place! Best part is YOU don't actually have to know anything about this game to engage with your students! A great way to engage students in math mindset using something they are highly interested in. This Fortnite worksheet bundle has 3 activities that align with math standards for 6th grade (MCC6.N2, MCC6.N3 number sense). The first 3 pages are scaffolded with examples. The next 3 pages are the same activity without an example. The last page is a data collection sheet students can use to record their game stats. These worksheets are editable and can be customized to for your students.

Your students can collect their own Fortnite data and use it on the worksheet or you can modify the assignment by providing them with numbers to control for whole numbers, etc.

Students will use numbers to set up math problems including division with multi-digit numbers, ratios and fractions, adding and subtracting decimals.

Worksheets can be edited for your own specific directions, scaffolding, and extension of learning.
