The passages are written on a 5th grade level, but are also appropriate for 4th grade and 6th grade. Biographies on George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, Alexander Hamilton and Benjamin Franklin are included. The articles touch on their backgrounds as well as famous quotes, the constitution, freedom, religion, and democracy. How did the Founding Fathers die? That is a common question that is answered in the biographies as well as many other Founding Fathers of America facts. Each packet includes a balanced and accurate article, reading comprehension activities, answer keys and graphic organizer which adheres to several core curriculum standards in grade 4, grade 5 and grade 6.
