Using the Fountas and Pinnell system of sight words, I created these basic flash cards for drill or center practice in your classroom. I know my students always benefit from flash card practice and enjoy the different ways they can use them! Could be used for a matching game, timed race, or just review.
The font used in these cards is designed for individuals with dyslexia. The shapes of each letter are weighted to draw the eye in the correct direction and make it easier to differentiate between visually similar letters, like b, d, p, and q.
I have written these on flash cards many times- so I finally decided to make a real set of them! I hope you find good use for them with your students.
