Playing Four Corners with these open-ended reading discussion questions will promote student engagement and elicit participation of all students.

Just like the game Four Corners, questions are placed in each corner of the room then students move to a corner of a question they want to answer. Students will collaborate and contribute to high level discussions in each corner.

Use these questions with any fictional text. This teaching strategy will excite and motivate your students to respond to reading in a fun way!
