This is a simple document that includes a chart about declarative, exclamatory, interrogative, and imperative sentences. The chart includes the type of sentence, a brief description, the proper punctuation, and a code that can be written beside sentences to label the kind they are. Below are example sentences. I used this for a language mini-lesson, allowing students to come and write the code by each sentence on the smart board. This is an editable document so the sentences can be changed to review. You can also print it off as a note sheet and practice.
