This resource is fairly comprehensive designed to help Teachers with organizing around the CCSS. I have helped several colleagues at the Elementary level adapt to the CCSS and this is the final format that worked well.
This resource is fairly comprehensive with a reminder of the 8 Mathematical Practices as well as an overview of the Common Core Standards for Fourth Grade.
There are 3 Checklist sections that provide different formats for different functions:
*The first Checklist portion includes a general record section where you can record when a Standard was taught, class mastery, and a place for notes.
*The next Checklist includes space for individual student names to be added and then lists the standards and their level of mastery. This is a great checklist for a snapshot of your entire class that can be great to use for placements or a quick reminder for daily instruction.
*The last Checklist is an individual Checklist/Summary/Report. It is made for a detailed report for one student only. If you need a resource for next years placement or a resource for Parents, this may be a great time saver!!
