Are you worried about your fourth graders regressing over winter vacation? This product provides them with a quick review of math concepts. It was designed specifically to review basic skills taught between September and January in the Math in Focus math program, however if you are using a different math program it is written in Word format so you can tailor it to meet your own class's needs.
This page reviews multiplication, subtraction with regrouping, prime and composite number, long division, estimating, factors, and multiples.
The worksheet is a half sheet long, and I used it as optional homework for winter vacation. I let students know that if they were worried about forgetting how to multiply or divide over vacation, and they did the page, I'd give them a sticker if they complete it. In addition, because our school is paper-conscious, this page is designed to be reused again and again! Just plug in a new number wherever you see the snowflake and you have all new problems to reuse this page for Morning Work or in a substitute plans folder through February.
