PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is sure to be a fun game for students to play while learning their fractions! Fraction BINGO allows first grade students to see various whole shapes and shapes divided into halves, thirds and fourths. As the teacher calls out the fractions, students will find the matching picture and cover the box, just like in regular BINGO.

This game helps students understand the First Grade Common Core Standard 1.G.3: Partition circles and rectangles into two and four equal shares, describe the shares using the words halves, fourths, and quarters, and use the phrase half of, fourth of, quarter of. Describe the whole as two of, or four of the shares. Understand for these examples that decomposing into more equal shares creates smaller shares.

I hope that you and your students enjoy this game. If you have any concerns or if you find any mistakes, please contact me ASAP so that I can remedy the problem. Thank you so much for your support!
