This is a fun hands on 7th grade math class project. I printed each circle on different colored paper. I had students glue this wheel inside math journal cover. Enjoyed it!!
Blank circles for each student.
One brad per student.
One pair of scissors per student.
Have students cut out all three circles.
Put the brad in the center of the three concentric circles.
Have the students write in the fractions along the outer edge of the largest circle.
As a class, generate the equivalent percents and decimals.
Students practice matching the equivalent values by rotating the wheels until an equivalent fraction, percent, and decimal are lined up.
