This game is just like my other games like this. The object of the game is for the student to get four squares in a row either down, across or diagonally. The student rolls the die and then chooses the corresponding column. The student then chooses one of the fractions in the corresponding column to read. If the student reads the fraction correctly, then the student places a colored counter on the square. If student reads the fraction incorrectly, then player two takes their turn. Play continues until one player gets four in a row. This game is excellent for math centers as it does not require much direction from the teacher. This game also works well if one student is advanced and the other player is in need of extra help. That way the advanced player can assist the player who needs extra help.
