Product Description

This resource contains two different sets of 32 matching cards. Each set of cards includes the following 4 formats: fraction form, word name form, illustration using whole objects, and illustration on a number line.

Four different formats of cards allow for tailored learning activities.

You may choose to print all the pages or select the specific pages that have concepts you wish to reinforce. You may add new pages of cards as your students’ concept development progresses. It is also possible to put the sets together to create a large set of 64 cards.

Some options for incorporating this resource:

1. Offer as an individual sorting and matching activity

2. Pair students to play a traditional memory match game

3. Give one card to each student and have your entire class “Get Up and Match Up”

4. Use with intervention groups

Set 3A Fractions:

Print the pages double-sided with the “title card” on one side and the fraction card on the other side. The entire page is used for the cards so there are no wasted edges. Each title card includes a set label so they will be easy to separate if they get mixed together.
