This activity is aligned with new Common Core Math Standards. It also includes two different ways to differentiate for higher and lower level students.
Students will choose various toppings to put onto a pizza which is cut into fourths. They will then write the fraction, and number of shares, of the pizza which contains each topping onto the recording sheet.
The following is included:
**A title page to use when displaying student work.
**Two pizza templates (one is divided already and one is not)
**A recording sheet with blanks for fractions and number of shares.
**4 different recipes with fractions given and blanks for students to write the corresponding number of shares, which could be used for struggling students.
