This game was created for my 4th grade math centers in order to review fractions and units prior. There are a total of 27 matching sets (54 cards total). Vocabulary as well as problems are included in this matching set. When using this in centers, I typically have no more than three students in a group. The students are going to match the cards, one of each type of boarder will go together. For my class, I printed the two boarders onto two different colored cardstock, so it would be easier for the students to match.
You could use this as a memory game or just a matching game, depending on the academic levels and understandings of the students in the group. There is a “student directions page so the students know what they are doing. These directions have both the memory and the regular matching game on them, if you want the students to choose which format they play.
