This five page summative assessment/project contains nine questions based on three levels of Bloom’s Taxonomy that cover the main points of fractions, decimals, and percents. The theme of the project is ice cream. It may be given as a final test or as a summative project. Specific directions for the student are provided, and three boxes of a sample project are included as well as a complete answer key and a grading rubric. Students may present the project in a variety of ways, including a power point.This assessment is aligned with the CCSS standards for Ratios and Proportional Relationships.
