Description

These fraction task cards can be used with a variety of active engagement learning games for partners or teams, in math centers, or even with a whole-class review. These cards do not have multiple choice answers which will encourage kids use their fraction knowledge to solve the problems rather than guessing the answers. One recording page has room for 32 answers, but if that’s too many for your class, you can use the recording page with 24 answer spaces. These task cards are aligned with the 3rd grade CCSS, but they can be used for a review in 4th and 5th grade. One set has a colored background, but I also created a black and white set for those who want to conserve ink.
