This project comes with a variety of materials that allow you to differentiate instruction for your students. Students have to investigate the report and color the map to represent the report. There is an additional sheet that asks them to analyze the information. There are 3 different maps and seven different streets:
This is a fun way to have students practice finding equivalent fractions which can be done with a partner, alone as a project, as center work, as an assessment, or even as a review. You can even have students go a step further and create their own report for their unique coloring.
