Fraction War is just like the card game you played as a kid. Students will receive a pile of cards with fractions on them (face down) and flip them over at the same time. The person with the largest fraction wins! This game requires knowledge of benchmark fractions, equivalent fractions, comparing and simplifying fractions. It is a wonderful math game and great for your math centers. You could also use the cards to create a human number line or have students place them in order from smallest to largest independently. The possibilities are endless! This set contains 32 cards with fractions and models.
