Students follow directions to color and then identify equivalent fractions.
Could be used whole group, for math centers, a mini assessment or a homework.
Note: I have included 2 separate worksheets and answer keys.
The first worksheet has students use any color to color in the fractions, and then find equivalent fractions.
The second worksheet has guided instructions and color coordination.
The equivalent fractions will be the same color.
Hint: If students have difficulty dividing the blank circle, I walk them through it by having them:
Divide circle in half, then make fourths. Divide each fourth in half to make eighths.
Then divide each eighth in half to make sixteenths.
