This 100 point test includes identifying and converting fractions, decimals, and percents as well as improper fractions, mixed numerals, and equivalent fractions. Included is a synthesis question (Bloom’s, Level VI) where the student must help Tommy Go Figure convert a mixed numeral to an improper fraction. The student must explain, in detail, how to correctly work the problem. Also included are four application (word) problems. This test is designed as a cumulative test for the end of the first or second chapter on fractions. An answer key is included.
The test is NOT saved in a PDF format so that you can adapt it to your class needs.
Since I like to have two versions of the same assessment, a similar test is available on Teachers Pay Teachers. It is entitled, Fractions, Decimals and Percents - A Chapter Math Test – Form B.
