This 100 point exam covers identifying and converting fractions, decimals, and percents as well as improper fractions, mixed numerals, and equivalent fractions. Four application (word) problems from Bloom’s, Level III are incorporated. This test is designed as a cumulative test for the end of the first or second chapter on fractions. An answer key is included.
This test is not saved in a PDF format so that you can adapt it to your class needs.
This is an alternative assessment for the first one posted on Teachers Pay Teachers entitled, Fractions, Decimals, and Percents – A Chapter Math Test – Form A. I always like to create two similar tests for my students over the same content. This way, I can give a different test to those who have been absent. Sometimes I choose to save it for next year; thus rotating the tests from year to year.
