Fractions activity - Do you want to make a snowman?
This is a great center activity for students to use to help them to learn about basic fractions.
Students pick a blank snowman and then they look at the fraction on the snowman's hat and pick snowballs to match that fraction and place it on their snowman. There are a number of different representations of each fraction. There are answer keys provided for students to independently check their work.
Fractions included in this set are:
I have included one-fourth and one-quarter for teachers who use the latter term when teaching fractions. Any questions feel free to email me at email@example.com.
Just print, cut out and laminate and your center is ready to use.
