The Math Spot

3rd grade students are just starting to discover fractions and working with naming and identifying fractions on a number line can boost your students' understanding! These worksheets will allow your students to practice and solidify this new skill.

Included in this resource you will find:

  • 4 worksheets concerning halves, thirds and fourths
  • 4 worksheets concerning fifths, sixths and eighths

Each of the 4 types of worksheets are a bit different so your students will have to work flexibly with naming and identifying fractions and, more importantly, they won't get bored! The 4 types of worksheets include a cut and paste, a traditional labeling activity, a multiple choice (it's tricky and will require critical thinking!) and an application type activity.

And remember, follow my store so you will be updated when new resources are added! I list many products on sale for the first 24 hours!
