Grab a bag of gumballs and start off with a hands-on activity. Give each child a snack baggie with a few gumballs in it. Have them answer fraction questions about their gumballs.
Then go on to the set of 20 task cards. They will answer the fraction question on the student answer sheet. I have also included an answer key.
There is an extension activity for those early finishers. This is when I usually let them chew one of their gumballs.
