This is a French language (French Immersion) resource that is designed with the Ontario curriculum in mind. Originally done for a novel study of ‘La guerre des tuques it has now been adapted as a more general model so that it can be done in any book. Students are asked to write/draw a prediction, draw a summary and write/draw what the moral/lesson of the story is. While done for Grade 3 as a review, this could be easily given to grades one and two, as well, as there is a lot of drawing involved, as well as simple sentences.
