A total of nine documents including an outline of how to organize an inquiry based unit on the exploration of the francophone world. You are given specific instructions as well as a sample one month calendar on how to organize the unit. The project is laid out for students step by step in a Power Point. Students will research in groups and will be able to use a Q-chart, summary chart and guiding questions to steer their research. As a finally product, they will present their findings in a creative presentation (documentary, televised game show, etc.) and the teacher will evaluate using the attached rubric. There is also an evaluation scale for questions formulated in groups and a checklist that can be used for the research process. The Ontario Curriculum Expectations are included in the explanation of the unit. This unit is well laid out and easy to follow. You will address many expectations in the FSL curriculum as the project is very rich and multifaceted. Your high school students will love it!
