Product Description
For this project, students will conduct research on the foods and food culture in several different francophone countries including Senegal, Cote d'Ivoire, Tahiti, Canada and Haiti. In addition to identifying the foods eaten for their country of choice, students must also provide information on the climate, the agriculture and the meal-taking customs of the culture they are researching. In my classroom, my level two students conducted this research at the end of their food unit and presented on their countries allowing them to discover the breadth of francophone culture.
