Description

This contains an original test on Mary Shelley's novel, Frankenstein. The test assesses students' knowledge of the plot, themes, and important quotes. It includes an answer key.

The format for this test is:

- 32 multiple choice questions

- 8 Textual quotes, where students must identify the speaker, context, and significance in relation to themes

***Because I give this test in conjunction with a Socratic seminar and at least one on-demand essay, this test does not contain a writing section. However, 5 short answer and 8 long answer question suggestions are included in a separate document if you would like to add them to this test. I highly suggest doing this if this test is your only summative activity. This test is also available through Google Forms to assign through Google Classroom.

Please note that these questions are meant for an AP® Literature course so they are detailed and sometimes complicated. This test is in an editable format in case you should need to amend any of the questions.

Most files are available in PDF and Word form, in case you need to make any changes.
