There is space for four vocabulary words/phrases and places for illustrations, mnemonic devices, and other memory aides for tricky words or phrases students are trying to remember.
I often go through this activity once with them early in the year, then have them copied as emergency sub plans and/or offer to students seeking extra support or when parents ask for work to be sent home.
I tend to tailor this to suit each students' needs by giving a quick translation quiz of current and upcoming vocabulary that they grade themselves. The words they don't yet know or feel 'shaky' on are the ones they should focus on.
