Use this quick "Currently" status for students to share their needs, wants, thoughts, wishes, goals, reads, and loves. It's a great fast first-day icebreaker, but can be used anytime you want to get a feel for what is going through your students' minds.
For a new twist: have students fill it out for a character in literature or a historical figure.
Includes a blank page if you'd like to have students respond to different prompts.
