It’s no secret that teachers have one of the most stressful jobs on the planet. That’s why it’s important for us to be proactive about stress prevention. In our experiences we’ve found that there are six key actions we can do to help minimize stress: organize, stay positive, have fun, get healthy, relax and problem solve. To get started with our challenge you can pick either the grid or the chart version. Then check off the challenges in any order until they are all checked off. After trying all the challenges, you can reflect on what was most helpful and work on establishing those as habits.
