This free material includes a one-page worksheet that will allow you to have students complete a fun "end of the year" interview. They can complete the worksheet on their own or have a partner interview them and record their answers.

Questions included are:
What was the most memorable experience this year?
What was your biggest accomplishment?
What was your favorite topic we learned?
What was the most fun activity or trip?
What is the best advice you’ve learned that you would pass on to someone else?

Extensions to this simple and fun end of the year activity could be creating an "End of the Year" bulletin board or allowing students to present their interviews. This will become a great way to end out the school year!
