I was out for surgery during Units 3 through 5 of Go Math (and beyond actually). I photocopied everything that I needed and set up these as my sub plans. It's not extensive enough or perfect enough to make a paid product from, but I wanted to put it out there anyway.
You will DEFINITELY need to alter this, but hopefully it gives you some starting point to make being out easier on you. You could edit it for other units, as well.
Honestly, I think these companies should publish this sort of thing for free.
