If you're looking for a great song to teach animals, colors, adjectives, opposites, and phonics, then check out our original song "33 Things I Like to Think About."
It's a great song for any kids class, and especially great for ESL/EFL classes. Download our free flashcards to practice the vocabulary found in the song. There are 35 adjectives and 33 animals (and maybe a few bugs). The lyrics are arranged so that kids can easily remember combinations of words through phonetic sounds and opposites. For example, "♪skinny salamanders - fat frogs♪," "♪quiet quails - noisy narwhals♪," and "♪healthy horses - sick seals♪." Who knows, there might even be some new animals for the teacher, too.
The song starts out with a slow tempo that gradually builds up speed to the 33rd thing: a slippery, slimy, stinky.... well... maybe you should just watch and find out. ;)
