Dr. Martin Luther King Jr's legendary "I Have a Dream" speech, as given at the March for Freedom in Washington D.C., marked its 50th anniversary on Aug. 28, 2013. This non-fiction text tells a bit of the background to the speech and has students answer questions from the ELA Common Core Curriculum.
